JIM HALEY, Ph.D., LIMHP, NCC is a Nationally Certified Counselor
licensed to practice in both Nebraska and Iowa.  Jim works with children,
adolescents, and adults on a wide range of presenting issues, including
grief and loss, anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, learning
problems, and gender issues
. He has significant experience working with
individuals with
communication disorders, including deafness,
