When should I seek professional help for my child?

My husband and I are going through a divorce. How can we make things
easier for the children?

What ever you choose it has to be "firm and consistent". There are many

ways to approach this from a reward system to time outs. Without knowing

all the details it is not wise to provide a specific answer. Good luck and let
